If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults, this role is for you! Applications from ECTs are welcome and there will be opportunities for part of the ECT qualification to be completed whilst in the role. There are opportunities across KS1 and KS2, depending on the preference and experience of the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities:路 Planning and teaching engaging and informative lessons that inspire pupils and allows all pupils to make progress. 路 Building positive relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to create excellent learning environments. 路 Managing challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive and consistent manner 路 Differentiating lessons appropriately to suit the needs and earning styles of all pupils. 路 Using varied methods of assessment to assess pupil progress 路 Displaying high levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with children. 路 Working effectively with Teaching Assistants to ensure children receive the best possible educational experience.
