As Project Manager for this global omni-channel communications business, you will be responsible for managing the the six main aspects of the projects assigned to you ie: scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement projects.
- Understand the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Establish and manage the project team.
- Manage the project budget.
- Create a project plan.
- Support and direct the project team.
- Report on the project status.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress, identifying risks, issues, and solutions.
- Identify and manage changes to scope.
- Attend internal or client face to face meetings where required
Experience required:
- Strong relationship management.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Delivery focused and passionate about delivering value, on time and above customer expectations.
- Experienced in the use of ERP tools to effectively control project delivery (MS Project Server, MIS, SharePoint, Resource Planning, Forecasting, Estimating, Management Information, Reporting).
- Experience using Prince2 methodologies.
