As Project Manager for this global omni-channel communications business, you will be responsible for managing the the six main aspects of the projects assigned to you ie: scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement projects.
  • Understand the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define tasks and required resources.
  • Establish and manage the project team.
  • Manage the project budget.
  • Create a project plan.
  • Support and direct the project team.
  • Report on the project status.
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress, identifying risks, issues, and solutions.
  • Identify and manage changes to scope.
  • Attend internal or client face to face meetings where required

Experience required:

  • Strong relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Delivery focused and passionate about delivering value, on time and above customer expectations.
  • Experienced in the use of ERP tools to effectively control project delivery (MS Project Server, MIS, SharePoint, Resource Planning, Forecasting, Estimating, Management Information, Reporting).
  • Experience using Prince2 methodologies.
