Outbound Sales Advisor

Heels & Brogues Recruitment are working with a big client based in Sunderland to find a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to contribute to a growing team.

Job Title: Outbound Sales Advisor
Location: Sunderland
Salary: £24,000 per annum
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000 (potential earnings of £3,750 - £4,500 per month)

Key Responsibilities for Sales Advisor:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients both commercial and residential, promoting products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and market expansion.

Requirements for Sales Advisor:

  • Previous sales experience in any industry.
  • Keen to learn about the power industry and adapt to its specifics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
