The salary for this position is up to £55K, depending on experience, with additional benefits including 25 days of holiday and a hybrid working model.

Join a thriving global food manufacturer offering long-term career progression, a collaborative team culture, and a role packed with variety.Due to continued business growth, we’re seeking a Senior Indirect Buyer to join a dynamic procurement team of six. With responsibility for managing a £20 million spend across 2 UK sites, this role is pivotal in driving efficiency and delivering impactful results across the company’s indirect categories and services.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Indirect Buyer, you’ll oversee the procurement of indirect materials and services across departments including Facilities, Logistics, IT, HR, and Technical (UK). Your responsibilities will include:

Developing category strategies and identifying consolidation opportunities across UK sites.
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to optimise value and efficiency.
Supporting key projects, such as Facilities/Total Facilities Management (TFM), making experience in this area highly desirable.

Previous Experience in an indirect procurement role
Experience in an FMCG, Engineering or Manufacturing business would be desirable.
A CIPS qualification, or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Other information

Salary – up to £55K based on experience
Holiday – 25 days plus bank holidays
Hours - 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (4 days office based + 1 day working from home.
Death in Service (if enrolled in the Pension)
