TRC Northeast are currently recruiting Warehouse / Quality Operatives for our World Class Manufacturing client based in Sunderland on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate.


Duties:

  • Inspecting products at various stages of production to identify any defects, deviations, or nonconformities.
  • Ensuring that products meet specified standards and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections and any issues identified.
  • Working with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilizing various tools and equipment to conduct inspections, such as measuring instruments.
  • Participating in investigations to determine the root causes of defects and nonconformities.
  • Maintaining a shop floor presence with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Skills:

  • Attention to Detail:A strong ability to spot subtle product defects and deviations.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Communication Skills:Ability to effectively communicate findings and issues to production teams and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Quality Control Processes:Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality control procedures.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and analyse issues and propose solutions.
  • Documentation Skills:Ability to accurately record and document inspection findings.
  • Compliance:Understanding and adhering to relevant regulations and standard


Preferences:

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing/Warehouse sector.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Physically fit.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • No weekends.
  • Overtime.
  • £12.21ph.

2 Shift rotation of Dayshift and Lateshift:

Dayshift:
  • 07:00-15:18 Monday to Thursday.
  • 07:00-14:53 Friday.

    Lateshift:
  • 16:30-00:53 Monday to Thursday.
  • 15:10-23:03 Friday.
