Our client, an award-winning solution-based specialist, working in the social housing sector across the Northeast, is looking for suitably qualified QS.

This role will provide our clients team in the Northeast with commercial expertise and be responsible for the financial delivery of refurbishment projects to ensure that it is procured and delivered within budget and to the highest quality.

From early design costs to final figures, you will seek to minimise the costs of the project and enhance value for money whilst ensuring that the project meets all legal and quality assurance requirements and regulations.

To qualify, you will possess a degree in QS or similar and a member of RICS. You will be a methodical thinker, with excellent problem solving skills, financial and numeracy management skills. You will have a clear understanding of HSE building regulations and legal guidelines.
