A well-known Cost Consultancy, based in Sunderland, are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The Quantity Surveyors' role
This consultancy are an employee-owned business that delivers high-quality services across cost management, project management, employer's agent, and sustainability consultancy. They work across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial projects, providing expert advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing cost management support across a range of exciting projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Previous consultancy experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to cost management
- Ideally MRICS or working towards chartership
