Location: Sunderland
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: Up to 26,000 + commission
Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home

What you'll be doing:
- Proactively reach out to clients, securing new business opportunities
- Identify potential candidates, meeting client requirements and delivering excellent service
- Conduct sales presentations at client meetings, showcasing your expertise
- Fill a variety of roles within the industrial sector
About you:
- Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality is advantageous
- Confident and comfortable making phone calls, managing difficult conversations, and exceeding expectations
- Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ambitious and driven to be a top biller in the recruitment industry
