Our ClientNigel Wright are delighted to be partnering with an established education organisation  in their search for a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a period of 6 months.This North East based organisation are passionate about transforming lives through education and are committed to providing an excellent experience to their staff, students and stakeholders.Full time hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)Immediate start.The Opportunity
  • Working closely with managers and supported by people assistants, you will be handling all recruitment across the group to source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles.
  • You will keep a tight overview of agency management including invoicing/payments.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships 
The Individual
  • The ideal candidate will have good recruitment experience and a passion for attracting the best talent.
  • Have strong communication skills and confidence communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Will have demonstrable experience in high volume recruitment activity.
  • Be proficient with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships across the College.
