Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

Days - Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm

Salary - 29,000

Our client is looking for an internal sales co-ordinator to provide the highest standard of services to all customers and to take ownership and responsibility for the efficient management of allocated accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction and evaluate internal systems and develop a Business Improvement Project to streamline workflow and enhance departmental activity.

Experience

  • Previous role working in fast, moving dynamic environment
  • Excellent computer literacy skills from regular use of Microsoft packages in particular Excel
  • Experience of systems and process improvements (preferred)

Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with both internal and external stakeholders, providing them with up-to-date, accurate information. Key requirement to quickly build solid positive relationships with allocated customers
  • A strong proactive attitude is required to ensure high service levels are maintained with customers.
  • A high level of attention to detail during day to day activities to maintain accurate information which drives internal and external decision-making proces
  • Be able to demonstrate commercial awareness i.e. price lists / cost of product and develop a good understanding of business functions within the company
  • Highly organised to deal with changing priorities day to day in line with a fast moving, customer driven environment
