The Education Network is currently working in partnership with a school in Sunderland with an Ofsted rating of 'Good', the school are in search of a Behaviour Support Worker to join their team. The role is to begin as soon as possible and is on an ongoing basis. In order to be successful in your application, you must be confident and have some experience of supporting children, preferably with the secondary school age group (11-18).The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working, driven individual who has:
  • A proven track record of working effectively with secondary school age children/young people in a pastoral or behaviour support role.
  • Knowledge of the key issues affecting behaviour, attendance and welfare, combined with excellent interpersonal skills to not only challenge constructively but to motivate and inspire students.
Please note pay range of £100-110 will be dependent on experience and qualifications.�?
