Job Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in social work & managing teams. The role is to manage across multiple sites and ensure the residents are being treated with Ofsted standard care. This will be regulated through managing staff, ensuring safeguarding training & protocol is kept up to date. Attending & supervising in multi-disciplinary meetings with local authorities & social workers.

Experience & Qualifications required:

  • Level 5 health and social care
  • Level 3 health and social care
  • Familiar with Ofsted regulations
