As a result of internal progression, a new opportunity for a Business Support Administrator has arisen within our growing business.
The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and duties, supporting multiple areas of the business. This is a full-time permanent role, and the successful candidate will be supported to undertake the level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship internally, as part of the role.
- Provide administrative support to all business operations, including data input and assisting with the preparation of reports using relevant information systems.
- Ensure general filing of electronic and paper correspondence is accurate and kept up to date.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Answeringphone calls, taking messages and connectingcallsto proper departments, always representing the business professionally
- Completion of Health and Safety Vetting forms
- Communication with external stakeholders
- Prepare and manage invoices
- Produce and manage commercial course booking forms
- Management of documentation
- GDPR compliant data processing
- Undertake departmental administrative projects as and when required.
- Proactively identify and undertake appropriate CPD activities to support personal development within the role
