We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by working to KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business developmnt.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve target sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and delivery of products/services.

**Requirements:**
- Proven track record of success with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferrable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications in a relevant field is preferrable but not essential as full training is provided.
