Reporting to: SDR Manager
- Leverage CRM to manage data meticulously in our CRM system, ensuring all communications and leads are properly tracked, qualified, and followed up on. You’ll use insights from CRM tools to identify trends, optimise outreach strategies, and report on key sales metrics.
- Cold-calling and email outreach: Conduct outreach to potential leads through targeted campaigns. You’ll identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings between prospects and sales executives.
- Research and identify potential sales opportunities: Use a variety of research methods, such as LinkedIn, market reports, and competitor analysis, to understand the needs of potential clients and generate new opportunities. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, partner activity, and vendor updates to keep your knowledge sharp.
- Establish trust and qualify leads by understanding their needs and ensuring the best fit with our products and services.
- Provide feedback to line manager on lead generation and outreach practices, helping refine our lead-gen strategy. Share insights from your daily interactions to enhance the company's approach to nurturing prospects.
Ideal candidate will be fluent in French or Dutch.
No experience required, full training given.
