I am recruiting for a large IFA firm that are seeking a detail-oriented and Business Process Analyst that has worked with Intelligent Office or Intelliflo previously to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of business analysis principles. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making processes, training and comparing the usage productivity across all offices and highlighting performance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilise Intelliflo / intelligent office for process mapping and documentation of workflows related to data management.
  • Assist in the design and optimisation of databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of data-related projects within the framework.
  • Vaticinate potential challenges in data processes and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
