Join this dedicated team at a leading commercial property management company in South-West London & Surrey. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our Serviced Office environments, ensuring the highest level of tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Business Development: Secure new business through effective sales processes, including viewings, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Tenant Support: Manage tenant move-outs, handle dilapidations swiftly, and ensure all building occupants comply with regulations.
  • Operational Management: Issue parking permits, manage reception duties, oversee meeting room bookings, and maintain high standards of property upkeep.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide support to the Head Office and work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all compliance standards are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales and Property Management Experience: Background in property letting or a similar commercial sector with a strong focus on sales.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to manage customer relationships and enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Effective at diary management and multitasking across multiple sites.
  • Compliance and Safety: Good understanding of Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Asbestos regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of computer literacy, especially in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
