The Client
Our client- a 2aa rosette awarded restaurant voted best restaurant in south London, is looking for a chef de partie and Pastry Chef passionate about food to join their amazing team of 10 to drive forward into a busy Autumn/ Winter season.
The Role
Offering a Good work life balance , you will be required as CDP to rotate around all sections of the kitchen. As Pastry Chef you should have a minimum of 4 years experience to date.
The rota will include - 7 shifts a week , 1 early ,2 late , 2 double shifts)closed Sunday / Monday, The restaurant is also closed for 2 weeks in August and 2 weeks over Christmas
