Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established and successful company based in Surbiton, who have an exciting opportunity to join their team.

This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing administrative tasks such as updating customer accounts
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Visiting customers in person
  • Upselling/cross selling addtional services
  • Working as part of a team to meet targets

To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Proactive and able to identify opportunities to upsell
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Car owner/driver to travel to visit customers (expensed)

The company offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, plus bonus strucutre and onsite parking.
