Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a long-established and successful company based in Surbiton, who have an exciting opportunity to join their team.
This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities including:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing administrative tasks such as updating customer accounts
- Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Visiting customers in person
- Upselling/cross selling addtional services
- Working as part of a team to meet targets
To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer focused role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Proactive and able to identify opportunities to upsell
- High levels of attention to detail
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Car owner/driver to travel to visit customers (expensed)
The company offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000, plus bonus strucutre and onsite parking.
