Home Manager

Surbiton / £80,000 - £90,000 / Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking for an exciting opportunity to manage a well-established 80-bed care home in Surbiton? My client is an established Care Home provider with 14 homes across the country who are seeking a dedicated Home Manager with a strong background in residential and nursing care to drive excellence in care quality, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager include:

Lead, manage, and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Oversee all aspects of home operations, including budgeting, occupancy levels, and staff development.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to create a supportive community.

Implement best practices to enhance the well-being of residents while maintaining a homely and comfortable environment.

Requirements for the Home Manager include:

Proven experience as a Home Manager in a similar setting, preferably managing a large care home.

A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
