Client, Operations and Practice Manager - Leading Surrey Accountancy Practice

Location: Tolworth, Surbiton, Surrey, on site

Salary: £65- 75k pa

About Our Client: We are representing a forward-thinking, established accountancy practice in Surrey that is entering an exciting phase of growth. With a strong client base and ambitious plans for expansion, they are seeking a Practice Operations Director to join their leadership team.

The Role: This is a unique opportunity for an experienced practice manager or senior operational professional to step into a strategic leadership position managing clients and the wider on and offshore team. Working directly with the Partners, you'll drive operational excellence across the practice while playing a crucial role in shaping the firm's future.

Key Aspects of the Operations and Practice Manager Role:

  • Commercial acumen and business development experience
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to implement practical solutions
  • Professional accounting or business qualifications (preferred)
