Salary: £65- 75k pa
About Our Client: We are representing a forward-thinking, established accountancy practice in Surrey that is entering an exciting phase of growth. With a strong client base and ambitious plans for expansion, they are seeking a Practice Operations Director to join their leadership team.
The Role: This is a unique opportunity for an experienced practice manager or senior operational professional to step into a strategic leadership position managing clients and the wider on and offshore team. Working directly with the Partners, you'll drive operational excellence across the practice while playing a crucial role in shaping the firm's future.
Key Aspects of the Operations and Practice Manager Role:
- Lead and develop both UK-based and international delivery teams
- Oversee client service delivery and practice operations
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Manage key client relationships and support business development
- Provide strategic input to the Partners on growth initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including accounting, compliance, and advisory services
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience managing operations within an accountancy practice
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellence in client relationship management
- Commercial acumen and business development experience
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement practical solutions
- Professional accounting or business qualifications (preferred)
