Staircase Sales Designer | South London and surrounding areas | Remote | Full Time | Uncapped Earning Potential –Typically £45,000 - £65,000 OTE, (this is a commission-only based role)
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales and design skills to join a growing British home staircase brand. Abbott Wade is an award winning, family run, bespoke staircase company that offers a high-end product and service and has been leading staircase renovations and installing bespoke staircases for 27 years. We have strong values and high expectations from all members of their team to provide the highest quality service for their customers from start to finish.
Due to our continued growth, our award winning family business is now looking to recruit a direct Staircase Sales Designer. You will become part of a national team that enjoys meeting clients in their homes and advising them on how they can transform their homes.

Are you the right person for the job?
- Own transport and a Full UK driving licence
- A proven track record in sales
- The ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- A desire to help people make the right choices for their homes
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude
- A passion for design and sales
What will your role look like?
- Working with warm enquiries, you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary and earn in a way that fits around you
- Build strong relationships and influence the sales process
- Provide the highest quality of service for the customers
