Your role will involve managing redundancy and voluntary redundancy schemes, ensuring accurate calculations and thorough documentation. This position requires a methodical approach and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with defined benefit pension schemes
- Proficiency in administering redundancy and voluntary redundancy schemes, including calculations and documentation
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Competitive daily rate between £180 to £220 (For the right candidate may be able to offer more)
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
