Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for organising, coordinating, and overseeing marketing campaigns, playing a pivotal part in the overall marketing efforts. You will supervise the daily implementation of campaigns, ensuring timelines are met and schedules are adhered to for smooth delivery.

• Manage the campaign schedule, generate ideas, and coordinate online and offline materials
• Ensure marketing materials are outlined, approved, and delivered on time
• Liaise with the creative team to handle incoming requests and adjust priorities as needed
• Ensure teams are consistently updated on campaigns and have access to necessary resources
• Work with the Marketing Manager to monitor and analyse campaign performance
• Help maintain brand consistency across all channels and manage promotional items
• Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all collateral
• Coordinate print and digital campaigns, staying within budget for both customer acquisition and loyalty
• Ensure data accuracy for effective campaign execution
• Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to improve efficiency

Experience required:

• MUST have experience working in a marketing role responsible for campaign organisation
• Excellent planning and management of campaigns
• Skilled in Project Management
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient in data categorisation and analysis
• Tenacious
