Office Manager/Business Operations Manager 

Join this leading provider of bespoke business support solutions specializing in accounting, IT, and business consultancy. We are excited to announce the newly established role of Business Operations Manager. This position offers a dynamic and proactive individual the opportunity to drive operational excellence and contribute to our growth and evolution.

Role Overview

As the Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations across multiple teams and functions. You will be responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, compliance, client management, BPO operations, and business development. Your strategic ability to allocate tasks, manage teams across different locations, and improve processes will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Efficiency, Process Optimization & Performance Management:
    • Coordinate the work of in-house and offshore teams across departments such as Accounting, IT, HR, and other BPO operations.
    • Allocate tasks and set completion deadlines based on client requirements.
    • Monitor project progress, identify operational inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance workflow and performance.
    • Provide regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance & Client Management:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
    • Oversee the resolution of client inquiries and manage selected portfolios, ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements.
    • Ensure all operations align with regulatory compliance standards and company policies.
  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) & Business Development:
    • Manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective social media management and content strategy.
    • Prepare high-quality presentations for external meetings, client pitches, and business collaborations.
    • Engage in client relationships, strategic partnerships, and market expansion efforts.
  • Executive & Management Support:
    • Provide operational support to the management team, assisting with diary management, organizing client meetings, and representing IYKONS professionally in external meetings.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in business operations, process management, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, especially in managing offshore teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business challenges.
