We are a rapidly expanding recruitment media buying agency that’s growing at a remarkable pace. Over the past two years, we’ve tripled in size, and with our client base set to double in the next year, we’re on the cusp of even bigger things. Our media buying team is the backbone of our company’s success - delivering top-notch service and satisfaction to our clients. From humble beginnings with just one team member, we’ve grown into a thriving group of 10 talented professionals. Now, as we prepare for our next phase, we’ve divided into three specialised teams, and we’re looking for a strong lead to head up our Traditional Media Buying division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of three Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Oversee and manage the negotiation, purchasing, and monitoring of advertising contracts across traditional media channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners
  • Onboard and establish relationships with new traditional media partners
  • Drive continuous improvements in team processes and operational efficiencies while collaborating with internal teams
