Experienced residential Sales Negotiator/Valuer.Based in the Surbiton area of South-west of London, our client is a leading firm of independent Estate Agents who are expanding their current team and are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator/Valuer for their successful Branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience working within the local area, have a professional approach and be able to communicate at all levels.Purpose of the role: -To assist the Sales team in the smooth running of the department and its ongoing success.- To liaise with clients on a regular basis regarding their requirements and provide a high quality service at all times.Duties and Responsibilities:- Regularly liaise with applicants, Buyers and Vendors in relation to their requirements- To match suitable properties to Buyers requirements- To arrange and attend property viewings- To negotiate offers- To generate new instructions and business- To arrange Viewings and valuations- To meet set targets- Administration- ValuationsIn return, our client will offer a basic salary, and a commission structure designed to reward success, a company car allowance and genuine career prospects. - Full UK Driving license
- Own car and insured for business use
- 2 year’s previous experience (Achievable package year one: £45,000 OTE)
