Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a prestigious and well-established estate agency? We are working with a client who are looking to recruit a dedicated professional to take ownership of their own property portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency for their clients.
- Manage your own property portfolio, overseeing all related duties.
- Conduct property inspections, compile detailed reports, and provide feedback to landlords.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Co-ordinate and administer building repairs and maintenance, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Process invoices and handle general administrative tasks.
- Book appointments for contractors and manage schedules effectively.
About You:
- You must have proven experience in property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Flexible working hours available
- You must be a car driver/owner (car allowance available)
