Property Manager Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for property management? We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of their own property portfolio and provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Please note you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Property Management to be considered for this role.  Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting property inspections, compiling detailed reports, and keeping landlords informed.
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants, ensuring clear communication and maintaining accurate system updates.
  • Coordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work efficiently.
  • Handling general property management tasks, including administrative duties and answering telephone enquiries.
  • Booking appointments for contractors to address property maintenance needs.
  • Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments for services rendered.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Attention to detail to ensure systems are updated accurately and reports are thorough.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
