The role offers the flexibility to choose between a 4 or 5-day work week, with working hours from either 9 am to 5 pm or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. You will join a team of two other property managers, ensuring a manageable workload and the opportunity to share insights and strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, so having a valid driving licence and your own car is essential.You are required to have a minimum of one year’s experience in property management.
