This fantastic role is predominantly supporting head office, circa 500 employees. In addition, managers within the Service Centres will seek advice where appropriate. On occasional you may be required to travel to other sites, job fairs, or careers fairs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:•    Manage and maintain the ATS system•    Support managers throughout the recruitment process - assist with selection process, tests, interview questions and guidelines.•    Provide on-going coaching, training, and advice to line managers on effective resourcing and selection methods.•    Utilise media marketing channels to direct candidates to careers website.•    Build relationships with line managers, HR, and appropriate teams.
