  • Recruitment Administration: From scheduling interviews to preparing materials and maintaining candidate communication, you'll be the backbone of the recruitment process.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Help attract top talent by assisting in the creation and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them achieve their recruitment goals.

  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR support role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Organised: Strong organisational and administrative skills.
