Reed HR are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our client in Surbiton!
Role:
Have you worked in a recruitment agency and are looking for an opportunity to move in house? Do you enjoy the buzz of finding and placing amazing candidates but not the sales?
Ideally, you will have a year or so recruitment experience, however my client is also open to candidates who could be looking for a change and wanting to step into recruitment with the motivation to learn!
Based in head office in Surbiton, this role will mainly focus on UK and European positions but the opportunity to recruit in any of our clients 35 global locations.
The role:
- Agree sourcing strategies for each role approved
- Create an advert and publish on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
- Proactively target passive candidates using LinkedIn recruiter
- Via the ATS, manage the application process ensuing hiring managers are being presented with strong candidates in a timely manner
- Booking and managing the interview process ensuring the selection process is appropriate for the role
- Build relationships with Senior Management team to provide recruitment solutions to scalable recruitment requirements
- Providing support and guidance to the wider HR team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of successfully attracting passive candidates
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience of managing multiple role profiles at any one time
- High sense of urgency
- Team player
- Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are welcomed
