Were a fast-growth media buying agency, having doubled in size over the past two years and on track to double our client base in the next 12 months. The media buying team is the heart of the business, delivering our service and ensuring client satisfaction. The team is on an impressive growth streak, bursting with potential. But making that happen depends on continuing to grow our team.
Our media buying department has three teams, each focusing on different aspects of our operation. We're looking for people with the right attitude, values and potential, rather than just experience (but if you have some, that's awesome!).
If the media buying world is new to you, here are some of the things it could involve:
- Organising a very busy shared email inbox
- Client and partner communication
- Negotiating prices with recruitment advertising platforms our clients purchase from
- Creating contracts
- Data analysis
- Record keeping and reporting
- Changing campaign setups and budgets
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients
- Liaising with all internal teams from sales to finance
- Keeping up to date with industry news and trends
