Key responsibilities of the Financial Controller:
- Lead and oversee all financial activities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies in alignment with business goals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Deliver insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards
Key essentials of the Financial Controller:
- Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong Excel skills
