- Overall responsibility for all property accounting functions.
- Manage and support the assistant property accountant.
- Accurate and prompt processing of payments to suppliers and clients.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Liaise with and manage suppliers and clients.
- Data management.
- Credit Control.
- Financial reporting to clients.
- Experience of team working and supporting senior team members ideally within a property related background.
- Demonstrable skills in MS Office and Sage.
- Working knowledge of Propman (preferable) or a basic knowledge of commercial property management systems (essential).
- Previous experience or a knowledge of commercial property finance.
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Strong attention to detail.
