Administrator / Administrative Assistant with proven administration experience, particularly within the construction industry, excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills is required for a domestic and commercial plumbing and heating company based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
SALARY: £23,000 per annum + Benefits
LOCATION: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands (B75) - 100% Office Based

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistantwith proven administration experience, particularly within the construction industry, excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
Working as an Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will support the team with admin duties, including liaising with clients via telephone and email, organising engineer visits and site surveys and raising purchase orders, plus much more.
As the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will be a confident communicator with great customer service skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing workloads.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Administrator / Administrative Assistantwill include, but are not limited to:
- Managing company correspondence, to include liaising with clients via the telephone and email
- Organising site surveys and engineers’ visits, scheduling appointments
- Resolve client queries in a polite and efficient manner
- Dealing with admin requests from engineers
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Chasing invoice payments
- Actively support team members where required with general admin duties
- Help to deliver marketing campaigns
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Confident individual who can demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Professional communicator both written and spoken
- Proven administration experience, particularly within the construction industry
- Computer literate
- Reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
