SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for an Asset Manager to join the team
£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

Job Role:
We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic asset manager to support the property team and undertake a range of asset management, support functions and other duties as required.
The successful individual will work within a team responsible for the implementation of the overall asset management strategy for a Shopping Centre.
We are looking to source an efficient, effective and passionate property professional to drive services for a portfolio of assets to agreed key performance indicators and deliverables.

Main Responsibilities
- Working within a team responsible for the implementation of the overall asset management strategy for the Shopping Centres
- Optimise Net Operating Income through proactive asset management
- Work with strong attention to detail with input and oversight for a range of area's including leasing, L&T, property management, rent collection, internal reporting and key portfolio administration
- Work with internal teams and external consultants on delivering development and refurbishment projects
- Co-ordination and input within the appraisal process of asset management initiatives
- Key involvement in building and maintaining close relationships with key town centre stakeholders including councils and other bodies
- Support regional directors in delivering overall asset management strategy

Key Skills, Knowledqe & Qualifications
- Relevant degree with MRICS status is desirable not essential
- Proven competency across a range of real estate skills
- Understand basic appraisal, cashflow and valuation concepts and techniques
- Ability to analyse and suggest improvements for service delivery
- Able to fully utilise standard Microsoft Office software and other IT systems
- Knowledge of the retail market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with a focus on detail
- Sociable, outgoing and able to network with industry professionals and other stakeholders
- Hold a UK Driving license
