What Youll Be Doing:
  • Engaging with customers over the phone with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Supporting our Area Sales Managers with admin tasks, pricing inquiries, and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively selling our products to a range of clients, from merchants and developers to builders and homeownersall while ensuring strong profit margins.
  • Managing the full order process, from initial quotes to arranging deliveries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
  • Handling product inquiries, even sourcing non-core stock items, and applying the correct pricing strategy.
  • Becoming an expert in our product range so you can offer customers the best advice and solutions.
  • Identifying and matching bricks to meet customer needs.
  • Using our internal systems efficientlyIT skills are a must!
  • Understanding and applying our pricing policies, including margins and profits.
What Were Looking For:
  • A confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic math skills for pricing and margins.
  • A proactive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • IT literacy and the ability to navigate different systems.
