We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a team on an ongoing temporary basis.
Duties will include-
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing reports and analysing sales data.
- Communicate with customers regarding their inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Utilise software tools, including Sage and Outlook, to streamline administrative processes.
- Assist in the coordination of sales meetings and events as required.
- Maintain an organised filing system for all sales-related documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficient in IT with a strong understanding of computer literacy.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong command of English for clear communication, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Successful candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to join the business ASAP.
Hours are 7.30am- 5pm - Monday- Friday- 1 hour lunch.
