Sales Service Executive

As ourService Sales Executive you will work closely with the Service Sales Manager and Internal Sales to drive the profitable growth.

As part of this role, you will focus on converting new equipment installs into service contracts as well as holding contract review meetings to promote the value of the service contract.

Sales Service Executive

Duties;

  • Maintain retention of existing profitable service contracts and support the service coordinator in renewal process.
  • Secure profitable new service contracts from identified targets within the defined sales area.
  • Promote and sell the complete range of service products.
  • Review savings made by our customers, potential downtime avoided and the benefits of the service contract.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, negotiations and activity in CRM as well as provide updated forecasts.

Skills and experience;

  • Have previous experience in a field sales role working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Understands how a technical service department operates.
  • Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving experience.
