Located: Birmingham

Remuneration: Up to £28,000neg + uncapped commission, realistic OTE £40,000-£45,000

Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of Internal Sales Executive - Civils & Drainage will involve:

• Internal sales position, selling a range of civils and drainage products such as: underground drainage, surface water drainage, flood management, sewage treatment, tanks and lagoons
• Selling into housebuilders, civil contractors, groundwork companies, local authorities
• Dealing with inbound enquiries via email, telephone and web
• Raising quotations and following up
• Elements of building and developing new client relationships via cold calling
• Possessing a good understanding of the product range
• Responding to customer queries and providing advise
• Working towards monthly profit targets and calls/contract KPI’s

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Executive - Civils & Drainage with:

• Must have 2-3 target driven years sales experience within the construction industry
• Experience with cold calling & lead generation would be highly advantageous
• Must be used to working in a fast paced environment dealing with emails and phone calls such as customer service / internal sales / telesales
• Highly organised, motivated and driven
• Excellent communication skills written and verbally
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
• Comfortable with working both autonomously and as part of a team
