What you'll do:

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, playing a pivotal role in propelling their success. Your primary responsibility will be following up with attendees of their educational events, helping them understand the benefits of their educational packages and ultimately closing sales. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be quick to learn their product offerings, and be comfortable working both in the office and remotely during the week. Your ability to connect with potential customers, build rapport, and demonstrate the value of their services will be key to your success.

* Follow up with warm leads from one-day property education events.* Engage with event attendees to understand their needs and present suitable educational packages.* Close sales by building rapport and demonstrating the value of our services.* Maintain regular communication with the office team for updates and strategies.* Use or quickly learn CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and report on sales progress.* Work creatively to perfect your sales pitch and adapt your approach to different audiences.

What you bring:

The ideal Sales Executive candidate brings a background in sales, preferably in a commission-based role. You are confident and outgoing, comfortable engaging with potential customers and able to close sales effectively. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build rapport easily and demonstrate the value of our client's services. You are available for work on Saturdays at events across the UK and can also accommodate office-based work during weekdays. A quick learner, you have a passion for understanding and selling new products. Experience with CRM systems would be an advantage, but training can be provided.
