  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead by example, consistently delivering outstanding sales results and setting the standard.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Inspire, mentor, and drive the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Implement processes to track and enhance individual and team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service.
  • Keep abreast of industry innovations and new product offerings.
  • Monitor the team’s performance and create reports.

Requirements:

  • A history of consistently exceeding sales targets and demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Background in the construction sector or related industries (preferred but not essential).
