- Hours of work - 06:30am to 16:30pm - Monday to Thursday

Role & Responsibilities:
- Set and operate cold heading, rolling, and threading machines for optimal productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure efficient use of materials.
- Conduct in-process control checks and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with Tool Room, Maintenance, and Design teams to optimise tooling.
- Transport work-in-progress and support secondary operations as needed.
- Participate in process improvements and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Essential: Minimum 2 years' experience with cold heading/rolling machines, manual handling awareness, and Health & Safety knowledge.
- Forklift licence.
- Experience with multi-station machines (Salvi, National, Maroni).
- Proactive, organised, strong communication skills
- Ability to meet business targets.
