The Role:
- Independently manage a caseload of sales, purchases and remortgage matters
- Being a Senior Conveyancer within the team, providing support to others where necessary
- Engage with clients and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Benefit from dedicated new business, file opening, and post-completion support, so you can focus on core transactions
About You:
- 8+ years’ experience in conveyancing as a fee earner
- Strong IT skills to work efficiently in a paper-light environment
- Ability to manage files from instruction to completion
- Open to solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, or experienced non-qualified fee earners
