With links to the construction industry, this client is looking for an analytically-minded and detail-orientated Data Administrator to join its fast-paced and friendly team.

Data Administrator Responsibilities:
- Use your strong administration skills to gather and compile relevant data for weekly and monthly audits
- Collaborate with the wider team to generate a variety of reports for stakeholders and customers
- Maintain and regularly review data to ensure it is accurate and consistent and to correct any anomalies and errors
- Liaise with a range of departments to gather data for compliance purposes
- Support in the development of new data processes, procedures and workflows to enhance the company's compliance and efficiency
- Assist with consolidated invoicing and reporting and handle invoice queries
Data Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Experienced Administrator who enjoys the reporting and data side of administration and is confident in creating reports
- Possesses strong Excel skills, experienced in working with data analysis functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros
- Familiarity with data management and reporting systems would be beneficial
- Demonstrates excellent organisation and time management skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Has outstanding communication skills, confident liaising with customers and internal departments to gather data
- Robust and resilient, able to work on own initiative and work to a high standard
- A keen eye for detail, confident inputting data and transforming it into easy-to-understand reports
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths
- Due to a lack of public transport links, it is essential that the successful candidate drives and has access to a car
