Reed is working with a rapidly expanding company with a strong presence across the UK, USA, and Australian markets. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations and drive our mission forward. This is your chance to work closely with our Managing Director and play a pivotal role in our success story.

Role: Operations Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000

Location: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield

Monday to Friday, full-time (Permanent)

As the Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Onboard and integrate new employees seamlessly into our team.
  • Lead and manage all operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain training records, organising employee training as needed.
  • Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets.
  • Implement and improve processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse and summarise monthly reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Motivate and inspire employees to maintain high standards of quality control and customer service.
  • Engage in both tactical and strategic activities to support business growth.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in process improvement and service delivery optimisation.
  • Commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of team members.
  • Flexibility to perform ADHOC duties as required.
