We are seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Surveyor for a permanent position in the West Midlands area.
The role offers a salary of up to £37,051 per annum, along with a full benefits package including 23 days of annual leave, pension, and private healthcare.
Candidates should possess experience in a social housing setting and knowledge of EICR reporting and electrical servicing.
Required qualifications include SSSTS (or SMSTS), 2391 Testing and Inspection, and Health and Safety Awareness.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Compliance Surveyor to join one of our long standing clients in the West Midlands area on a permanent basis. Electrical Compliance Surveyor Contract: PermanentSalary: up to £37,051 per annum Full package includes 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Christmas Shutdown additional 3 days of AL on top), pension and private healthcare plan Hybrid working Free ParkingResponsabilities of the Electrical Compliance Surveyor Role: - Assist with the preparation and delivery of Planned and Programmed installation and maitnenance contracts in regard to EICR's and electrical rewires, ensuring tha tcompliance, efficiency and high standards are maintained.- Monitor electrical contractor / contract performance, ensuring programmes are adhered to and targets are met. - Review Electrical Certification (DEICR, DEIC) in conjunction with validation of contractors claims for payment. - Undertake site inspections of works in progress, giving advice and assitance to customers ensuring a degree of tenant satisfaction with the service provided. Qualifications and exprience required for this Electrical Compliance Surveyor role:- Experience working within a social housing setting in a similar role.- Knowledge of EICR reporting and all electrical servicing and surveying.- SSSTS (or SMSTS), 2391 Testing and Inspection, Health and Safety Awareness.
