Totally Recruitment Ltd are excited to be working with a well-established car dealership, seeking a Trades Parts Specialist to join their team based in Minworth, Birmingham.

In this role, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring that the trade customers receive not only the parts they need but also outstanding service. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing the trade parts orders, providing expert advice on parts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process trade parts orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on available parts and suitability.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
  • Manage the inventory of trade parts to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Handle returns and exchanges of trade parts in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strong relationships with trade clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures in the parts department.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and parts catalogues.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm (including 1-hour unpaid break), and every other weekend 8am – 2pm.

Salary - £27,500 Plus OTE Bonus
